Nexus Data Group Incorporated (“Nexus” or “we” or “our” or “us”) is a technology and services company that works with exposition organizers and exhibitors to (i) collect and synchronize data, (ii) provide individuals interested in expositions with Personal Guides to assist them in finding desired exhibitors and (iii) prepare and transmit personalized electronic messages related to the exposition or exhibitors.
Users of the Nexus technology and services include individuals who (i) have been provided as contacts from exhibitors at expositions, (ii) expressed an interest in attending an exposition, (iii) registered to attend an exposition, or (iv) are otherwise related to an exposition (collectively, “you”).
We publish this Privacy Statement to let you know how we receive, collect and use data about you and to describe what choices you have. This Privacy Statement covers information which is provided to us by organizers, exhibitors and you related to expositions (such as trade shows, conventions or conferences). Your acceptance and use of electronic communications (email messages, text messages, etc.) from Nexus constitutes your acceptance and agreement with the terms of this Privacy Statement.

We may store such information on our servers or on servers owned by independent third parties around the world, which information may be stored for as long as needed, which may be indefinitely. However, the storage and communication of data accessible through the Internet cannot always be completely secure. As such, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you submit to us. Also, we cannot and do not guarantee that data transferred to third parties in accordance with this Privacy Statement will be protected against intentional or accidental misuse or loss.
Nexus seeks to comply with all legal requirements regarding the collection, use and sharing of information. If you are located outside of the United States and voluntarily submit personally identifiable information to us, you hereby consent to the use of such information as provided in this Privacy Statement and to the transfer of that information to and storage of that information in the United States. The data protection laws in countries to which personal data are transferred may or may not provide a level of protection equivalent to the laws in your home country. Our messages, Personal Guides and services are directed to individuals attending expositions. They are not intended for children under the age of thirteen. We reserve the right to disclose or transfer information about you to third parties in certain circumstances: to vendors that work on our behalf, to exposition organizers or exhibitors, to law enforcement or other entities that present valid legal process, to protect human safety or our networks or property, or as part of a sale or our merger of business assets.
California Residents – California law permits California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of your personally identifiable information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
